Vials and syringes: filling and closing

The compact Type 515 fills and closes bulk vials and syringes, with high dosing accuracy and built-in inspection.

Filling, screw-capping, stoppering, crimping and tray loading

The Type 534 runs every step on a single line, at up to 150 containers per minute, under laminar flow, RABS or isolator.

Roller bottles for cell culture

A specialized Type 534 with a robotic arm prepares culture media in roller bottles: robotics is another Bausch specialty.

IV bags: filling and sealing under RABS

The Type 529 automatically fills large-volume IV solution bags and seals them ultrasonically, behind a RABS barrier; a robot loads the bags, and the operator intervenes only through the glove ports.
