Food industry
Sanitary design, clean-in-place, cold storage warehouses and HACCP, ISO 22000, GFSI and SQF certification for food processors.
Standards HACCP · ISO 22000 · GFSI · SQF · ISO 9001 · GMP · ASME-BPE · ISO 14644 · FMEA · WHMIS

We have delivered many food projects: dairy products and cheese plants, beet sugar factories and the refining of raw sugar into white and liquid sugar, edible oil and fat refining, chocolate factories, bottling of mineral water, juices and beverages, bakeries, granola bars, flour mills, processed meats, and cold storage warehouses. Our team includes a MAPAQ-qualified consultant for Measure 2 of the Levier program.
The sanitary design of equipment (skids), utilities and cleaning systems builds in good engineering practice, ASME-BPE and hygiene principles from the outset. Control of manufacturing environments, hazards at critical control points (CCPs), corrective actions, nonconforming products and traceability protects food safety.
