At the conference of the Conseil de la transformation alimentaire du Québec, Dr. Aziz Chraibi presented an innovative approach to designing facilities for cannabis-infused food products.

At the Centre BMO (Espace Saint-Hyacinthe), his presentation “GPP or GMP design: analyzing an innovative approach, GAPA” focused on designing facilities to good production practices (GPP) or good manufacturing practices (GMP).

The context: cannabis edibles were about to become legal in Canada in the fall of 2019.
